A mature Cherry Laurel tree creates ideal evergreen screening, especially above fences or hedging. Rotundifolia Cherry Laurel has apple-green leaves and responds well to pruning in late spring or early summer.
Cherry Laurel is fully hardy. It thrives in most positions including semi shade. However it dislikes wet or waterlogged soils and excessively limey soils. Not suitable for planting near grazing animals and livestock.
